In the month of July, One Voice Ministries made their way to Myanmar for a 5 day mission trip. The three of us (Ps. Justin, Ps. Jacquie and Veron) together with three of our volunteers (Anita, Han Wei and Luke) had a great time ministering in the 3 churches that God had opened up for us.

We split ourselves up into two teams  i.e. Ps. Justin, Anita and Han Wei and the second team being Ps. Jacquie, Veron and Luke.

Another new place that God opened up to us was the CHURCH ON THE ROCK that is under Ps. James Lian Sai located in Mingaladon. The entire team of the 6 of us spent the first day there as we conducted to programs simultaneously.

Veron, Anita, Han Wei and Luke spent a few hours conducting a kidís camp for 187 children in their orphanage, CHARITY CHILDRENíS HOME. The shared on THE GOOD SAMARITAN, did a drama, games and craft activities.

The children had a great time learning and also rose to the occassion by acting and doing everything that was asked of them!! The blindfold games was a hit and got everyone laughing and having a wonderful time in the Lord.

The experience helped us forget the tiredness of travelling and arriving at Yangon to immediately begin our ministry. Truly grace was present for all of us.

In a separate hall, Ps. Justin and Jacquie met up with 100 of the Bible School students from ACTS BIBLE COLLEGE and started a conference on DISCOVERING THE WILL OF GOD. The students were very attentive and interested to learn about knowing the will of God in their lives.

On the second day, Ps. Justin, Anita and Han Wei returned to the Bible School and continued on the conference as they shared and opened up their lives with personal testimonies on what God had done to reveal the Will of God in their lives. The students were opened up to all the different ministry opportunities and given examples of it.

During the altar call, we prayed for students who were finding it difficult to cope with their studies due to various factors. As the spirit lead, many came up and the spirit of God did something in their lives as Anita, Han Wei and Ps. Justin prayed individually for them.

Ps. James Lian Sai has a passion towards the church in Myanmar and his commitment to the bible college and orphanage is testament to that. We thank God for this new found relationship that He has brought to pass.
